“The best time to travel is not just a date; it’s a feeling of readiness and anticipation.” (my favourite quote this week)

Hello Hello 👋

The art of booking a holiday—some swear by spontaneity, while others thrive on meticulous planning.

So, when is the optimum time to book your dream escape?

🚀 Let’s dive into the travel timeline

⛵ February Half Term ❄️: Apply the 11-month rule; March is ideal for next year. If flexibility allows, look for last-minute skiing bargains a few days around the main week. For a wallet-friendly February, explore long-haul destinations like Dubai, Mauritius, Maldives, or the Caribbean.

⛵ Easter Holidays 🐣: Plan in Autumn for Easter travels. Consider a long-haul multi-centre trip with more bank holidays, making far-flung destinations like Australia, Hawaii, or Asia tempting. Also, cherish a UK break with England’s delightful spring.

⛵ Summer Holidays – July and August ☀️: Two answers: Grab early booking deals in September/October for places like Ikos Resorts and Sani Resort. EasyJet releases Summer fares around October. Alternatively, January—Britain’s tradition for summer bookings, unfolding record-breaking months!

Booking a holiday is like composing a symphony; timing is key to creating a masterpiece.

⛵ Summer or Winter Sun (Not in School Holidays) 🏖️: For non-school holiday travelers, booking close to departure works wonders. Couples, groups, or solo adventurers, relish offers in Indian Ocean, Caribbean, Bali, Thailand, Spanish and Greek Islands—almost anywhere! Enjoy less busy flights and pocket-friendly fares.

⛵ Snow Holidays ❄️: a. Skiing and Snowboarding: On sale in February/March for the next winter season. For the best deals, travel outside school holidays or book early if with kids. b. Northern Lights and Ice Activities: Book anytime for these bucket-list experiences—no strict timeline.

⛵ Christmas Holidays 🎄: Book right when flights go on sale—11 months ahead. February is golden for early booking discounts on hotels, cruises, and villas. Secure a fantastic package, low deposit, and an even better price. Exceptions like Lapland may pop up 14 months prior, so keep an eye out!

In the pages of your travel calendar, every moment holds the promise of a new adventure.

⛵ City Breaks 🏙️: Cities shine 4-6 months ahead—optimal for low-cost airlines and flexible flight choices. For busy times or special events, plan 9-10 months in advance. Eurostar to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam? Grab your seats at 6 months or Disneyland Paris at 9 months.

⛵ Cruise ⚓: Book up to 2 years in advance for enticing perks like cabin upgrades and onboard credits. Frequent cruisers often plan their next adventure while onboard, securing great discounts.

Decipher the secrets, plan stress-free, and embark on unforgettable adventures!

In the dance of planning and spontaneity, the perfect journey takes its steps.

🟢 Until the next email, Keep chasing horizons, one frame at a time and let’s be mindful of our environment.

Cheers!!
